Who We’re Looking For
Right now, we’re expanding in two Queensland locations—Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast and Bundall on the Gold Coast—and we have opportunities for:
- Sales: You thrive on building trust, educating clients on the importance of cover, and matching them to solutions that truly protect. You’re a go-getter who loves the thrill of getting results.
- Claims Advisors: You’re the reassuring voice when clients need to make a claim. You’ll guide them through the process with empathy, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Client Services (Admin): You keep operations running smoothly, supporting both clients and the internal team. Your organisational skills and friendly approach help everyone feel taken care of.

What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in a relevant role—sales, claims, or admin—where you’ve delivered outstanding results.
- Authentic communication skills; you’re confident, persuasive, and compassionate.

- A team spirit with the ability to work independently and ownership of your responsibilities.
- Ideally, some familiarity with insurance products (though we’ll train you if you’re new to the industry).
